Can I sue my landlord for not fixing black mold problem in my trailer?

Who actually owns the trailer? When you say
“landlord” are you referring to the person who owns the land on which your trailer is parked or are you saying the trailer itself is owned by someorne else and you are renting it from a 3rd party (not the person who
owns the land)?

If it’s your trailer, nobody is responsible but YOU. If you are renting the unit/trailer from an independent party (not a trailer park owner), it’s the problem of who owns the actual trailer.

Either way, you need to find another place to live because if they/you decide to get rid of the mold, it will mean stripping everything down to the source and putting in a lot of time and money to fix then rebuild.

You may be in a tent beside the trailer for a while. Here’s hoping you live in in a warm dry place because cold wet winters are the worst time to deal with mold and rebuild trailers.
